The home office Project Manager maintains routine communication and contact with the project field office, providing both technical and management support to the project. MSD’s home office monitors project implementation providing corporate oversight to ensure compliance with USAID programmatic needs and policies. This structure proves extremely successful in ensuring transparency, and accountability in project implementation.
