MSD provides accounting, audit, and reporting support on donor-funded projects. In the field, MSD helps create accounting systems, trains local staff, and assists in establishing local presence, including incorporation, local hiring, and personnel compensation issues. MSD also provides these services as a subcontractor to partner organizations that have solid programmatic expertise but limited project management experience.
