MSD strengthens civil society’s capacity to identify, prioritize, monitor, evaluate and advocate for judicial reforms and human rights. MSD designs training of trainers modules to expand public outreach and support for reforms. MSD links small grants programs for civil society with grants management training to increase accountability for expenditure of donor funds.
